Garth's demographic database

Garth asked: "OK, I happen to have a very comprehensive list at work (and it could be worth LOTS to me if I ever happened to compromise my high moral standards and released contact details of some of the gals, or guys, as the case may be, in our year), but I digress .... I'm trying to work out who would have been the OLDEST and the YOUNGEST in our year, because I happen to know of a range from at least August 1957 babies through to (at last count) December 1958 babies.
With the exception of serial repeaters of course (i.e. those that joined us from years above), what sort of range do we have out there ?"

And RR admits to a November 4, 1957 day of birth. Any one else wish to join Garth's growing demographic database?

21 January 1958. While I was coming into hte world, Elvis was receiving his Draft Notice. Few people know he works incognito in our local McDonalds...

From memory (ie the few surviving brain cells) Maryse was youngest at Dec 58. For oldest try G. Turner.....I'm sure he was driving his Morris 1100 to school halfway through 2nd form.

Garth asked if I could blog this for him - I really could say anything here, but I'll just cut and paste instead...

From Garth:
"Richard Hayward (as per an email I received Wed 20 Apr 05) was of the
opinion that Maria Teresa Castellanos (aka 'Billie') MAY have been at the, um, how to say this nicely, UPPER extremities of the demographic ! Subsequent enquiries with Billie reveal the following:

1. Yes, she is (and we're talking at least 12 months prior to this little black duck for starters, and I'm about 'mid-range'), BUT .....

2. She is of the firm belief that Peter Matto (Matterson) far precedes her entry into this world, to the tune of 6 months or so !

Now whether Peter comes under the "serial repeaters" heading or not, I've yet to establish, I'll certainly follow it up with him, but, until confirmed, her record at the moment is ... JANUARY 1957 !

That's it, straight to Hades for me, burn Cooley, burn !

Jan '57?? Whoaaa! Good manners and respect for my elders means I shall henceforth refer to her only as Ms Castellanos, unless invited to do otherwise :-)

I was born 17 July 1958, but I do remember there was a guy who we used to taunt with "nibble nobby's nuts" who was born after me. Marina Constanti

Bloggeristi, it may be better to post your comments over at the forum as there are over 80 new posts there and at least 11 people regularly poting. Otherwise I'll copy and paste you comment over there anyway...

Third attempt - this time all typos fixed. I'll edit out the redundant posts later. If I remember!!!
